AGREEMENT TERMS

Party A: Muse Clinic  
Party B: Customer

PARTY A:

Party A organizes filming and photography of Party B using the services of Muse Clinic at the location 50-52, Pham Ngoc Thach, Ho Chi Minh City.

Party A is allowed to use all images of Party B for content editing and posting on various media and advertising materials of Party A, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo, Tiktok, Website, Blog, etc.

Party A is permitted to organize a photo shoot / filming session for Party B to obtain visual materials for brand promotion at the agreed-upon time.

Party A is responsible for keeping all personal information of Party B confidential and may not disclose it externally without Party B's consent.

There is no time limit on the use of Party B's images/videos.

The service fees will be fully covered by Party A.

PARTY B

Party B arrives at the agreed location for the filming session.

Party B arranges transportation to the location as agreed.

Party B arrives punctually at the appointed time set by Party A for preparation.

Party B researches and understands the theme and concept intended by the project.

Party B ensures that all captured images are not leaked or distributed externally, especially on social media.

Party B is obligated to update images and the effectiveness of services used from Party A within the specified time, as notified at the time of filming.

Party B must promptly inform Party A of any personal issues that have or may have an impact on Party A's brand.

TERMINATION

This contract may be terminated under the following circumstances:

- Either party is adversely affected in reputation or Party A is dissolved.
- If Party B is negatively affected due to ethical issues impacting Party A's brand, Party A has the right to terminate the contract immediately.
- Both parties may terminate the contract immediately if mutually agreed upon and decided in writing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Party B must ensure the fulfillment of commitments made. In the event that Party B fails to fulfill the agreed terms, Party B must reimburse Party A for the value of services and all expenses incurred and paid by Party A to Party B.

Party B shall not disclose confidential or internal information of Muse Clinic to any third party. The confidentiality clause remains effective indefinitely.
