THE POLICIES AT MUSE CLINIC

1. REFUND POLICY 

At Muse Clinic, we do not refund service fees once the customer has made payment for the service, except in cases of errors on our part during the service provision. We offer a 100% refund if the treatment does not meet the promised standards.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY 

Customers have the right to exchange services of equivalent value or pay the price difference if higher. As stated in section 1, we do not accept service cancellations after payment.

2.1. Product Exchange 

If customers receive a product different from what was ordered on the website or if items are missing from the placed order, they should inform Muse Clinic within 24 hours of receiving the order.

After 24 hours, we reserve the right to decline assistance with exchanges or returns. Specific cases include Muse Clinic delivering the wrong product, missing items from the order, or faulty products.

  • How to provide feedback: Customers should send exchange/return requests to Muse Clinic via email at marketing@museclinic.vn. In the email, customers should attach images of the received products for Muse Clinic to assist with the exchange/return.
  • Response time: Within 24 hours of receiving the customer's email, we will contact them via the phone number provided for the exchange/return process.

2.2. Service Exchange 

Customers are not eligible for refunds/exchanges once payment has been made.

Customers have the right to exchange their current service package for another of equal or lesser value, if deemed appropriate by Muse Clinic based on the customer's skin condition.

3. WARRANTY POLICY 

We provide warranties based on the commitment to treatment effectiveness for customers undergoing full treatment courses.

Our warranty obligations adhere to the terms discussed with customers before commencing the service package. Depending on the service, warranties may range from 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, to a lifetime warranty.

3.1. Service Warranty Cases 

If customers follow our instructions accurately but do not achieve the expected results, we are willing to offer a refund.

3.2. Non-Warranted Service Cases 

Customers who fail to follow our instructions leading to results that do not meet expectations are not eligible for warranty claims.
