Welcome to the services of Muse Clinic – Korean Aesthetic Institute (“Customer”). Muse Clinic (hereinafter referred to as “Muse Clinic”, “we”, or “our”) kindly invites you to review the following Terms and Conditions applicable to Customers.

Before using our services, please carefully read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

By accessing, registering for, or using services at Muse Clinic, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, agreed to comply with, and committed to adhering to these Terms and Conditions as well as all applicable Customer Policies at Muse Clinic.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time.

Any amendments will be published on Muse Clinic’s official website: https://www.museclinic.vn/ and/or through other communication channels deemed appropriate by Muse Clinic.

A. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. INTRODUCTION

1.1 “Clinic” refers to any or all clinics within the Muse Clinic system operated by Muse Medical Co., Ltd. or its affiliates, where Customers are granted access to use the Services.

1.2 “Services” refers to beauty and healthcare services provided by Muse Clinic or its affiliates at any of the Clinics.

1.3 “Customer” refers to any individual or organization that signs, completes payment for, and/or uses services provided by Muse Clinic.

II. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

2.1 These Terms and Conditions are established in accordance with applicable laws and shall be considered a binding agreement between Muse Clinic and each Customer.

For clarity, the service agreement between Muse Clinic and the Customer may be formed in various ways, including but not limited to: signing documents, completing payment, and/or using services at the Clinic.

2.2 Upon signing, completing payment, and/or using services, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions and Policies published by Muse Clinic, and agrees that Muse Clinic shall not be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 The Customer agrees to bear full responsibility for any issues, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of their information/electronic platforms, including but not limited to service registration, unless there is clear evidence proving such issues are caused by Muse Clinic’s intentional misconduct or negligence.

Muse Clinic shall not be responsible for any issues, liabilities, or damages resulting from the Customer’s or any third party’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2.4 Confidentiality

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets or any information related to Muse Clinic, including service content, operational activities, data, reports, plans, business and marketing information, regardless of the form in which such information is conveyed.

The Customer agrees that they and their related parties shall not disclose, publish, transmit, exploit, or use any confidential information for personal or third-party benefit, or in any way adversely affect Muse Clinic’s business operations, unless prior written consent is obtained from Muse Clinic.

2.5 The Customer agrees to indemnify Muse Clinic for any damages or losses arising from the Customer’s or related parties’ failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable regulations.

III. TERMS OF USE

3.1 To register for Services, Customers are required to provide personal information, including but not limited to full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address.

The Customer is fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of the provided information. Muse Clinic is not obligated to verify such information.

3.2 During service usage, Customers must comply with treatment protocols and instructions provided by Muse Clinic.

3.3 Muse Clinic reserves the right to accept or reject refund or compensation requests in cases where issues arise without direct fault from Muse Clinic and/or due to Customer-related reasons, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to follow instructions, or non-compliance with policies.

3.4 Customers are required to read and comply with all relevant policies issued by Muse Clinic and/or attached to these Terms and Conditions and/or communicated through any channel selected by Muse Clinic.

3.5 In the event of complaints, Muse Clinic will refer the case to the Complaint Resolution Department and/or establish a professional review panel to determine the cause. Customers are required to cooperate and comply with related procedures.

3.6 Customers should note that certain treatments are aesthetic improvements with temporary effects and/or may involve temporary side effects or adverse reactions depending on individual conditions. Customers must accurately declare medical history and allergies (if any). Muse Clinic shall not be liable for compensation in cases where causes are attributed to the Customer.

3.7 If side effects are confirmed to result from treatment, Customers shall negotiate with the Clinic, and Muse Clinic will provide compensation in accordance with applicable laws.

3.8 Muse Clinic allows service package transfers to relatives or friends if the Customer no longer wishes to use the service.

3.9 These Terms and Conditions are effective in accordance with program regulations and may be modified by Muse Clinic at any time without prior notice.

IV. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

4.1 These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.

4.2 Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

4.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or service usage shall first be resolved through negotiation and mediation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in accordance with VIAC arbitration rules. The arbitration panel shall consist of one arbitrator, the language shall be Vietnamese, and the venue shall be Ho Chi Minh City.

B. SERVICE USAGE GUIDELINES

Service Registration Process

Step 1: Customer provides personal information to Muse Clinic staff.

Step 2: After completing all required information, the Customer must carefully review before signing and/or making payment.

Step 3: The Customer proceeds to the “Payment” section and completes payment via methods instructed by Muse Clinic staff, including credit card, debit card, ATM card, cash, or bank transfer.

Service Registration Confirmation

After successful registration, the Customer will receive a confirmation message via mobile phone number and/or email address provided during registration.

Additionally, Muse Clinic’s customer service team may contact the Customer via phone to confirm registration details.

Activation and Usage

The Customer provides their phone number to Muse Clinic staff at the Clinic to receive support in activating and using membership cards, service packages, or individual services.
